Founders Story

Dr. Riyaz Sagar, with a Master’s in Social Work, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a PhD in Tribal Studies, has dedicated over 15 years to social work, capacity building, and community development. His journey began in grassroots social work, witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by underserved communities. With a passion for creating lasting change, he envisioned an organization that could combine professional expertise with compassionate action.

Dr. Sachin B.S., an experienced social work professional and educator, complements this vision with his expertise in training, teaching, and organizational development. With over 15 years of experience, including serving as a Subject Expert at the Administrative Training Institute, Mysore, he has championed initiatives that translate knowledge into impactful community programs.
