Founded on May 4th, 2024, ASMITE FOUNDATION is a government-registered Section 8 nonprofit organization under the Companies Act, 2013. We are committed to designing and implementing impactful projects aligned with Schedule VII of the Act, working with diverse communities and institutions across India.
The inception of ASMITE FOUNDATION is deeply rooted in the shared vision and values of its founders, Dr. Riyaz Sagar and Dr. Sachin B.S..
